Crafted using 3 mm full Tri-Ply stainless steel construction, the handi features an inner layer of food-grade 18/8 (AISI 304) stainless steel, a thick aluminium core for rapid and uniform heat distribution, and an outer layer of AISI 430 magnetic stainless steel for excellent induction performance. Heat spreads evenly across both the base and sides to reduce hot spots and ensure consistent cooking.
The traditional curved body provides better visibility while cooking, makes stirring effortless, and allows food to be served easily. The included toughened heat-resistant glass lid helps retain heat and moisture while letting you monitor your food without lifting the lid, helping preserve flavour and reduce cooking time.
Premium rosewood handles remain comfortable during cooking and are securely attached with heavy-duty stainless steel rivets for long-lasting durability.
