Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible for Exchange

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

* You received a damaged product.
* You received the wrong product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

* The product must be in its original, unused condition.
* The product must be returned with its original box, packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice (if applicable).
* The product should not show any signs of use, damage, or tampering caused after delivery.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

* The request is made after 7 days of delivery.
* The product has been used, installed, or damaged by the customer.
* The original packaging or accessories are missing.
* The product was ordered correctly but is no longer wanted.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with:

* Photos or a video showing the damaged or incorrect product
* A brief description of the issue

Once your request is verified, we will arrange the exchange.
