The hard anodised surface is completely non-toxic, non-staining and safe for everyday cooking. It does not react with acidic or alkaline foods, preserving the natural taste and colour of your recipes. The cookware is also strong enough to be used with metal ladles, making it suitable for regular kitchen use.
